Payments are processed via third-party providers such as eSewa, Khalti, IMEPay, and others. A service fee is charged by the payment provider directly — this fee is not collected by Manjushree Pustak Griha. We only confirm an order once payment is successfully verified.
7. Shipping
Physical delivery is handled by our courier partners — Pathao (in-valley) and Nepal Can Move / NCM (nationwide). A delivery charge is collected by the courier and is not revenue of this store. Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items. You must contact us within a reasonable time with proof of the issue.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are owned by Manjushree Pustak Griha and may not be reused without permission.
